“Absolutely exceptional service! I had a dental emergency and called first thing in the morning. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to get me in right away. “I am from out of town. I chipped my front tooth, and wasn’t sure what can be done for a chipped tooth… I called whichever dental office seemed closest to me to look at it. My appointment was at 11am and I was back in the truck by 11:30am and you would never know my tooth had a problem, they just “filled” it like you would a cavity in less than 30min. It’s a better looking tooth than its neighbour teeth. A huge sigh of relief, I was so anxious about it.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“It takes me an hour to get to this dental office, but it's so worth the drive. The place is beautiful and serene, the hygienists are competent, the dentists are great, and I always leave there feeling good. “After my third visit I just came back to update my review I can't say enough good things about this dentist office. I have gone from being terrified of the dentist to looking forward to my visits. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and it's just so comfortable the ceilings are video screens of beautiful scenes and then there is a TV scene to watch as well when you lay back. “We have gone to Valley Dental since moving to the 100 Mile House area and deeply appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. My Hubby has a deep-seated fear of dentists and he is always amazed by how kind and gentle everyone is. I realize there are many cosmetic treatments that would benefit me, but they simply aren’t feasible for us. “The office was probably the best Ive ever seen! Relaxing waiting area, exam rooms had beautiful ceiling and wall art and a TV to view while being cleaned. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. In all my years attending dentist apts (x2 a year since I was young) this has to be hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Just a heads up, they don’t direct bill (they notify your coverage plan, you pay out of pocket and then your plan reimburses you your covered portion) While this is a bit inconvenient, it doesn’t affect the overall experience I had and I would highly recommend Valley Dental. (And my coverage reimbursed me the next day so it really wasn’t a big deal)”Lire la suiteRéduire
