“The parking lot is awful, and the nail salon next door smells like it's trying to strip paint. I was 100% committed to making this a one time visit just to fix a chipped tooth... but then they had to go and be really, really good. Thanks to a lucky cancellation, I had my assessment and several hours of dental work booked and finished within two days. The front desk staff were awesome, and Dr. Toor is probably the most efficient dentist I've ever had. No wasted time, everything was explained, and the whole experience was surprisingly painless. “Best dentist ever. Everyone is so kind, caring. Can’t say enough, especially about Naomi and Dr Toor who treat my kids like their own family. Lowen and all the other hygienists and front staff are also amazing! Honestly you can’t find better in BC”

“As a highly anxious patient, this was the first time I've ever had a positive experience at a dentist. Dr. Loewen, Naomi, and the entire team are exceptionally warm, professional, and handle me with genuine care. The office has a lovely atmosphere and positive vibes all around. Dr. Loewen takes his time explaining exactly what he is doing and is so gentle that he completely puts me at ease. They offer oral sedation which is a must for me as it helps with my intense fight or flight response. I highly recommend, especially if you have dental anxiety!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists. They are very compassionate, patient, and explain everything step by step to ensure that I am completely comfortable at every visit. I've never had a bad experience in all the years that I've been going there, nor have my four children. I'm thankful that they have such an amazing dental team who has ensured that my children do not face the same dental fear that I do. “Hands down the best dentist I have been to since moving back from Edmonton. All the staff are amazing. The dentist do an absolute great job and are gentle. I would like to give a shout out to all the amazing receptionists. Their customer service is out of this world. “Our family is new to Valley Family Dentistry, so far our two young boys have gone there twice. Today they were so content and comfortable that they were happy to have me relax in the waiting room.
