Finally, please note that the clinic’s cancellation policy is a minimum of 48 hours, regardless of reason. When booking the appointment, you are agreeing to adhere to said policy. The designated time slot is scheduled for you and you only (some clinics will double book or overlap). As we are a small clinic, last minute cancellations result in a potential for not having adequate time to notify those requiring an appointment from our waitlist (and extra administrative work) You are always welcome to offer up your appointment to someone else (many family members will swap out). This policy will not affect the large majority. First offence is free as, well, life does happen.

Hello and Welcome! Thank you for utilizing the online booking option. If you are a new patient, please select the initial appointment option. If you have seen Dr. McMullen in her previous locations (& it’s been greater than 6 months and/or a new complaint), please select the extended visit option. Otherwise, please select a follow-up appointment. Please note that Dr. McMullen is on maternity leave until September 2025. However, Dr. Kutney and Dr. Langstaff both have availability to serve you! We are happy to help and if you have questions, please email Dr. McMullen directly at drlindsaymcmullen@gmail.com.
The waitlist is a great feature. Please add yourself to the waitlist if you need an emergency appointment or there’s not space where you would like availability. I’ll be happy to reach out to get you in as soon as possible.

Lindsay is an amazing practitioner! She's great at finding out what is causing you pain and resolving it, and she has a diverse (and always expanding) range of knowledge to draw from to provide quality treatments. And I've had a few over the years but none of them listened so intently and addressed my issues to offer the relief that I so desperately needed! My family and I have been seeing Lindsay for several years. When Lindsay opened Valley Spine & Sports, we followed her to Almonte. It’s a bit of a drive for us, but one we are glad to make given the amazing care we’ve always received. Lindsay and staff are so good at what they do. I cannot say enough great things about Lindsay! Over the years, she has treated me during and post multiple pregnancies. After the birth of my first child, I threw out my back, laying them down in a pack and play (rookie mistake) and Lindsay was able to see me quickly to start treatment. I have been seeing Lindsay for over about 6 years. Lindsay, and her fellow chiros, really take the time to listen and work with you. I feel heard and safe and highly recommend the clinic. I love the balance of churo and soft tissue work!
