“Sad to hear they are no longer having fast track appointments. After waiting 3 months would of appreciated a followup to let me know. Been going here for many years I would recommend but not at 8 appts, prefer fast track at 4 appts.”

“This was my first interaction with the receptionist, and unfortunately it was extremely unpleasant. Her attitude was rude and highly unprofessional. I honestly do not understand how someone with such behavior is allowed to represent your institution. When I asked a simple question, she responded in a very dismissive and disrespectful tone, saying, “Why would you think we have in-person meetings? Not all institutions offer them.” The way she spoke was inappropriate and disgusting . As a result, my first impression of this institution was very negative. Students are paying significant amounts of money to study here, so the least we should expect is to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.”Lire la suiteRéduire
