“Dr Gupta quickly checked out and confirmed part of my filling was missing. Shaved down the corresponding tooth on top and did the filling. Always making sure I was ok and feeling comfortable. “I had an amazing experience at my dental clinic today! The entire team is always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. What I appreciate most is that they never pressure me into getting procedures I don’t want or don’t need. They always take the time to explain my options and make sure I’m comfortable with every decision. They’re also very considerate when it comes to costs and are always looking out for my best interests. My hygienist even asked if I still wanted to proceed with the polish instead of automatically doing it, which shows how much they respect their patients’ choices. What really stood out to me today was their honesty and flexibility with billing. Instead of having me pay upfront, they offered to wait and see what my insurance would cover first. They told me I could simply settle any remaining balance at my next appointment. That level of trust and consideration is so rare these days and really shows that they care about their patients, not just the payment. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes every visit feel stress-free. It’s hard to find a dental clinic that is this honest, patient-focused, and transparent. “We have been coming here since my kids were 6 months old, and I can't recommend them enough. They are truly amazing with children! They never rush and take the time to make sure the kids feel comfortable. I love that they introduce every tool on the child's finger first so they aren't surprised by the sound or sensation, and they use fun names like 'Mr. Slurpee' for the suction. Most importantly, my youngest daughter has sensory issues, and they are incredibly patient and accommodating with her.
