Blaise was amazing. The time he took to visually explain to me what I have my issue with. The complete demonstration of the exercises. He did them with me and over seen everything I did and corrected me when I thought I was doing correct but I wasn't. I was sore when I left but I could walk with more ease. I love the one on one direction, interaction and the investment he makes in my recovery. Blaise is 1000% better than I've ever experienced in a physiotherapist. While 2 other just did the exercises as a demonstration and then gave me the equipment and walked away, never explaining or overseeing what I was doing or if I was doing it correctly. Blaise watched everything, explained everything comprehensively and in layman's terms so I could understand. Now, finally I have a physiotherapist thats cares about his patients and I feel I am in great hands and finally on my way to full recovery. Thank you BlaiseLire la suiteRéduire

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had blood work completed and was told the results would be sent to my family doctor. After waiting over two weeks, my doctor still had not received the results. When I contacted the clinic, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was a lab issue. The situation became even more frustrating when, after two weeks, only 1 out of 9 test results had been received, while the remaining 8 tests were still pending. I contacted the clinic again looking for assistance, but was repeatedly told that the problem was with the lab and not their responsibility. What concerns me most is the lack of support. I was not provided with a contact for the lab, no one could explain why the results were delayed, and no effort was made to help resolve the issue. I have medication that needs to be renewed within the next few days, and these test results are required by my doctor. Patients rely on timely test results for important medical decisions. Being told that no one can help and that it's simply "the lab's problem" is not acceptable customer service. Based on my experience, communication, follow-up, and patient support were very disappointing. I hope the clinic improves how it handles delayed lab results and advocates more effectively for its patients.Lire la suiteRéduire
