Dr. Tandia has been absolutely wonderful for both our little one and myself postpartum. Today was the first time I have had a fascia manipulation treatment so I was not sure what to expect. Alp was very patient and thorough in explaining each step of his treatment and i walked away feeling so much lighter and much more mobile in a long while.

Tandia is THE BEST!! She listens, sets you up for success and I always leave feeling better not only physically but also mentally. I first saw her after a herniated disk 18 months ago, which she worked her magic on, and go back regularly for maintenance. Alp is pure magic! As RMT myself , finding him was such a game changer as I really don’t trust most practitioner for various reasons. He’s efficient and very caring and get the shits done! I saw Alp Ertung, specialist in the Stecco method of fascial therapy, for two sessions and was very impressed by the positive effects it had on my body. I’m currently recovering from surgery, and this technique has helped me a lot. 100% would recommend
