“Amazing people. Walked in almost 50 minutes early for appointment getting tooth chip done. Had me in within 10 minutes :-) Tobi and the doc that did the work I forgot his name but if I could give 1,000 stars I would. They are amazing wonderful patient friendly people. “I kept putting off finding a new dentist in Kelowna and finally booked at Vine Dental after a friend recommended it. The office itself is really nice. Like, unusually nice for a dental office. I don’t know what I expected but it wasn’t this. Bright, lots of light, didn’t smell like a dentist which I didn’t realize was a thing I cared about until I walked in. Got seen on time. The hygienist was super friendly. Billing was straightforward. They told me what insurance would cover before doing anything which I appreciated because my last dentist in Kelowna would just give me a surprise invoice. Honestly if you’re looking for a family dentist in Kelowna this is the best one. I’ll be going back.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Backstory, When we first used care dental we thought it was excellent, we were there for a while but then my youngest had some issues with his two front teeth due to trauma. We had some follow up appointments X4 while we waited for the paediatric dentist to contact us. Our last appointment with them, they tried to cancel in advance half an hour before our appointment stating my son was too “anxious” (he was 4 at the time) I explained that we were still coming in because they stated if there were any issues to come and see them. There was an issue so we came in. Shortly after that, we got into the paediatric dentist, And he himself was lovely. We switched companies and are super happy with our Current dentist. Now the current issue, Our dentist is on vacation and the Back up dentist they recommend was also conveniently on vacation. My husband had a dental emergency, and I had an inkling that It was an infection and it needed to be dealt with ASAP as it was progressively getting worse day by day. Causing severe discomfort and pain, So out of desperate measures, we went back to care dental. I explained that we just wanted to make sure it wasn’t an infection and if so, to get antibiotics to deal with it until our dentist returns from vacation. They said yeah, no problem and they fit him in. He went to go see them. They told him there was no infection. He got a new set of x-rays and they said that he has a crack in one of his molars and they asked when they could schedule him in to get it fixed. He stated he would wait for our dentist to return. He just wanted to make sure that there was no infection. The next day, the pain is worse, there’s swelling, it’s agitated and there’s a bump growing in size. We made an appointment with a different dental office a friend recommended And they fit him in via emergency, same day, He asked our current dentist to retrieve and forward the x-rays From care dental to the temporary dentist. Our dental Receptionist tells my husband That care dental states that he “refused” antibiotics or other any other corrections. Refused antibiotics? No, no, we specifically made an appointment to see if he had an infection, and they told him he didn’t and that instead he has a crack in one of his molars. Turns out that tooth is actually all fine and healthy. Luckily my husband was able to get his antibiotics and the issue is resolved. We will not be returning to care dental, not even in an emergency or last resort.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I went there recently to check up on my wisdom teeth! And it was such an amazing experience, most dentist offices usually make me feel anxious, but this one was the opposite, I felt welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly, and were able to communicate everything well! The process with insurance was easy and not complicated.
