I recently received RMT treatment through ICBC, and the only available appointment was with Vivi Zhao. Honestly, I was amazed. She may look petite at first, but once the treatment started, I realized how skilled and professional she is. Throughout the session I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed — I even drifted off to sleep for a moment. I had a great experience at this acupuncture clinic. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and professional, and they really take the time to understand your concerns and provide the best possible treatment. I especially want to thank Mia for her exceptional care. She helped me significantly with my shoulder pain and also treated my acid reflux through acupuncture. I had been struggling with these issues for a long time, along with several smaller health concerns, and I’ve noticed real improvement since starting treatment with her. Mia is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping her patients feel better. I had a great experience with the Acupuncture treatments and the clinic overall. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about your comfort and results. The Acupuncture treatment itself was impressive. I highly recommend RMT Ethan Li and the clinic team at Vitality Health. Ethan’s expertise and professionalism consistently promote relaxation and healing, while his friendly attitude and practical advice have helped me manage pain for a faster recovery. 👍👍👏 I have also had acupuncture appointments with James, Rita, and Mia. Given my busy schedule, I have worked with several different acupuncturists, and each practitioner has been professionally attentive, supportive, and effective in treating my discomfort. 👍👍 Kelly has efficiently arranged my appointments, and although I have not yet had a session with her, I am confident in her abilities as an excellent therapist. 👏 I have been a client since their previous location, and I appreciate their consistently outstanding care.
