IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% CHARGE OF YOUR TOTAL TREATMENT FEE. By booking an appointment with our clinic you agree to this policy.

Please note if you have never been to our clinic you must book an Initial Assessment for physiotherapy. Treatments are reserved for current patients. Your appointment will be rebooked if you do not book the appropriate treatment length. Further more, 30 minute massage therapy appointments are reserved for existing patients only. If you are new please select a 1 hour treatment to allow enough time for proper assessment.

Only Carolyn Pridham and Christina Smith treat male patients. If this is relevant to your booking, please book in with one of them.
