Dr. Lam is incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and always gives great recommendations. Seema is also fantastic and always very attentive. This year I had to visit several times to get a form completed for an application, and they were always patient, helpful, and kind. “I was browsing for sunglasses for a while. But I couldn't find anything of good quality and in my budget. I was in Walmart shopping for other items and thought I'd just check it out. This place is a hidden gem. I found exactly what I was looking for. Quality, polarized sunglasses that look good and are comfortable. Most importantly, the service here at the Langley store is exceptional. I visited here a number of times now. Each time the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. “Some people saying that service is good here but not for our family. We’re trying to get a pair of glass for my little boy. After we tried 4,5 frames, the lady ask us to put frames in the little box and saying they will clean all frames custom tried. I ask her the notice for that and she can’t answer. Why she didn’t ask us when we tried first frame rather than we tried 5 frames? We told her we’re looking for frames for my kids. Very upset. Very rude.”Lire la suiteRéduire
