“I had a great experience at Waterfront Optics and the ladies in the office are both efficient and kind! I was having an issue with one of my contacts and stopped in here, hoping they could help. Mantie at the front was kind enough to help me figure out the issue with my contact and provide me with the help I needed. “Had a pleasure being a customer at this optics clinic. On a Sunday night I realized I didn’t have any contacts for my soccer game. I found this place online, and they helped me out with emergency lenses. They even waited for me a little after their working hours. “My husband and I went to have prescription glasses made a couple of months ago. It was a wonderful experience. The owner, Mantie and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful in explaining lens types and different options and answer our questions with great details and patience. We received our glasses one week ahead of schedule and they are perfect! “I recently took my family to there for eye exams, and we had a fantastic experience! All the staff were incredibly nice and professional. They paid great attention to detail and were very patient with our needs. Dr. Lee was exceptional in explaining all of my eye issues in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. It made the whole process much less daunting. My child also enjoyed the eye check-up, which speaks volumes about the welcoming atmosphere they create. “So, I've shopped around about 10 different Optics store in Calgary, you know, eye glasses are very expensive :D This is the one I've settled down for both my 9-year-old daughter and myself as they have the most reasonable pricing, warranty plans, and wide-range of frame selections with top brand-name frames (like Armani, Burberry) and lenses (including Nikon). The staff are kind and approachable when it comes to trying different glasses on! The owner is experienced that she can adjust the frames to the right position in one go. The assistant staff's intuition picks out my daughter's favorite frame in no time!
