When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed or last minute rescheduled appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or reschedule last minute, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can schedule someone on our waiting list, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist can make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
Missed appointment fees cannot be direct billed but we can give you a receipt for payment of the missed appointment service.
Please note that we do not monitor the phone on Sunday - If you need to cancel your Monday booking, you must cancel through the link on your appointment confirmation email before the 48 hour cancellation policy.
