“That was the most amazing thing I ever did for myself. Kimberley did a Manual Lymphatic Drainage on my face for migraines, allergies and the pressure behind my eyes and nose and sinuses. She recommended it after I had a massage. I had no idea what it was. Well everyone should get it done. She can drain fluid from pretty much anywhere. Please message her to ask more about it. It’s so soft and gentle. I felt amazing when I got up from the table. All that pressure and pain was gone. She is so talented and is so informative. I cannot wait to go back. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. I’ve had numerous appointments and I have to say it’s the best massage experience I’ve ever had. You literally feel the tension and stress begin to melt away right from the moment you pull up to her beautifully landscaped clinic. Well & Good is a very elegant, clean, relaxing and peaceful space.
