“I had a terrible experience at West Coast family dental. I was booked for an “emergency” appt though I had stated I was NOT in pain, just a broken tooth. On my patient intake form I clearly stated my anxiety/fear of the dentist from past experiences and my ASD. I flinched when the air blowing device started up-clearly stated how nervous I was and Dr. Alex Fan disrespectfully said “do you want me to treat you like a child? Okay here this is what the air feels like, now I’m going to put this on your tooth” said in a very sarcastic and RUDE tone. When he orally examined my tooth (with X-rays as well) he said pulling my tooth would be too much work for him! And said I should have a crown instead. I can’t afford a crown I told him. He did not give any other options. I asked him to at least smooth out the sharp edge of my tooth for comfort- it didn’t help and I didn’t want him to do more, I just wanted out of that chair. He was in the room for a total of 5 minutes, embarrassed me, mocked me with sarcasm and I ended up leaving there with more anxiety and feeling confused. Do NOT recommend their over priced disrespectful service. What did I pay $150 for?! Not an emergency service by far. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I appreciated the dentist and her assistant's reaponses to my concerns. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. And the hygienist was gentle and thorough. “I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Alex was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of my treatment so I felt completely at ease. Maria, the dental assistant, was equally amazing—friendly, attentive, and always making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and had a very calming environment. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from both Dr. Alex and Maria. “Exceptional Care and Compassionate Dentistry I can't thank Dr. Joslyn Dosanjh and her assistant (I'm sorry I don't recall her name) enough for the amazing care I received. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety around dental work, especially when it comes to needles. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind and considerate, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I had been putting off getting a broken filling fixed for over two years because of my anxiety. Dr. Dosanjh was so understanding and patient, taking the time to explain everything and ensure I was at ease. Her gentle approach and calming presence made a world of difference. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety like I do, I can’t recommend Dr. Dosanjh enough. She truly goes above and beyond to provide not only excellent dental care but also a compassionate and reassuring experience. “I came into this establishment under extreme anxiety. I suffer CPTST. This mental health issue has caused lots of severe anxiety and severe fear. I used to be able to go into facilities with no issues that was until I went to a call as a volunteer firefighter that completely changed my life. I want to recognize this business and their ability to be able to handle my disability with complete compassion and understanding. It is hard for a gentleman to go into a place with the understanding that my condition will bring unwanted attention to myself. This facility and all its staff gave nothing but care and compassion to me throughout my experience. I personally want to acknowledge the front counter, two ladies and their understanding and compassion when dealing with my onslaught of fear. I highly highly recommend this facility to anyone that might deal with anxiety or someone with special needs as this facility has the staff that will accommodate a person needs that might arise throughout treatment. I truly want to say thank you. It’s not often accompany treats customers with that little extra special attention and I absolutely appreciate how you treated myself.”Lire la suiteRéduire
