“I have nothing but positive things to say about West Carleton Physio and their team. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Kendi is an absolutely incredible and thorough PT - I have never had so much success at physio. I will definitely recommend this clinic! Update: I have seen a few PTs now at West Physio, including Elodi and Lisa and can honestly say everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. “I highly recommend West Physio. Our family has seen West Physio for multiple injuries, both acute and chronic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and approach each issue individually and holistically. They use a variety of techniques including needling, active release, massage, ultrasound and electrical stimulation to target and relieve pain. I especially like that they are highly engaged in treating your injuries to get you back to full mobility. “Very good experience with West Physio Kanata. The physiotherapist, Brian is very knowledgeable. After a couple of therapy sessions, my pain was reduced magically. The receptionists are all very nice and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to my friends.”

“I had a bad experience yesterday my 4x in Stittsville. 1st time was great. The person was very knowledgeable with osteo arthritis. Then i noticed a big change with her replacement. Last night i was there for 20 minutes tops. There were 3 bookings at the same time. The receptionist is great and so kind. She started working on my knee with the ultrasound machine. I was going for mobility issues and a bit of pain. I had a two minute muscle massage and was given an exercise and asked seeing that i had no pain should i return? The girl was going on vacation. Lucky enough to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable and positive team to help get me to where I am today.
