Please note late cancellations (within 24hrs) or missed appointments are charged a $108 missed appointment fee. If you no longer need your appointment, please kindly notify us prior to this time OR cancel your scheduled appointment in the online booking system prior to 24 hrs. Thank you.

Extended health plans may cover a portion of your consultation fees. We may be able to direct bill your plan for the consultation portion of your visit. Lab work is not covered by MSP, please check with your health plan for your individual coverage amounts.
