“"Excellent work and a great staff" My wife and I have been a patient of Dr. Liu for over a decade. His work is excellent. He, and his staff are very professional and polite. Dr. Liu always explains the situation and then discusses available options before starting treatment. Over the years we've had many different dental procedures performed by him, including crowns, root canals, and in 2 cases some orthodontic work that could not wait until I could see an Orthodontist. Dr. Liu has always made himself available whenever we have questions or need to see him in a hurry because of a sudden 'issue'. We recommend Dr. Liu and his staff highly, and hope that it is a long time before he decided to retire.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Went to see Dr Liu on the recommendation of a neighbour. I admit I have been neglectful of my teeth, but this dentist's comments were so unprofessional that I was stunned. After Dawn gave me a wonderful experience with the x-rays and cleaning, etc I was introduced to Dr Liu. He spent approximately two minutes looking at the X-rays and explaining the costs of each procedure. Then he commented "you do realize that I won't make any money on this treatment, in fact I will probably lose money"!!! Then he promptly left the room. I am a senior and have never in my life been treated in this manner!! I am definitely going to see another dentist, and, by the way am telling everybody about this treatment!!!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have always experienced very good service and friendly staff at Westhill Dental. I have been seeing Dr. Liu for over ten years and always find him to be professional and considerate. “Dr. Liu is a fantastic dentist, i agree with another comment here- almost makes me WANT to go lol. Very straight forward diagnoses, he is meticulous in his work and prides himself on that. He will sometimes even cut his own costs for your benefit if he feels the treatment is necessary so dont even try that "all about his pocketbook" BS. All the staff here are excellent and make me feel comfortable and safe. Ive had a variety of procedures done here and am so thankful i took a chance on another dentist after others in Nanaimo have given me a run for my money and/or have done shoddy work that Dr. Liu has then had to fix later. I have full confidence whenever ive gone in for a root canal, filling, cleaning, wisdom tooth removal etc. Thanks everyone at Westhill Dental!<3”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have been seeing Doc. Liu for close to 20 years. He is generous, kind and considerate. An excellent dentist and good human being. “I always feel like I truly matter every time I step into here. Dr. Liu takes his time to make sure each procedure is done to the highest precision, allowing me to feel safe in his hands. “We walked in and booked an appointment for two weeks later, which is the earliest. Front staff said that the case is a kind of emergency. However, on the day of the appointment, the dentist Liu insulted the patient. His diagnosing is really rough. He knocked the teeth really hard. In the end, he said the patients has serious gum disease, but he will not take in the case. He said he wasn’t taking any new patient, and this patient has mental issue.(when he said this to the patient , he pointed his finger to his head).
