“Although it was my first time at the clinic due to a dental emergency, I felt at home. The staff at the front desk are very warm and thorough. Also, the dentist and her assistant did the job professionally, neatly, and gently. The clinic is so clean and quiet. Utmost care is taken to ensure the patient is well and satisfied. “New to the province and did not yet have a dentist. I had a piece of my tooth fall out in the evening and called Westmount Dental. They called me back right after they opened just after 7am to book me that morning. When I left my message I informed them of additional health concerns and that I would like the team members treating me to wear N95s or better. I was really pleased that the dental assistant, Ariel, and dentist (Dr. Moraga) were both wearing high quality masks as requested without me needing to justify. It made the experience a lot less stressful. Each room (the lobby, hallway, appointment room,..), all had high quality air filters. The appointment itself was quick, efficient and effective. Ariel and Dr. Moraga were very friendly and I felt like I could not have been in better hands. A very stress free emergency filling replacement! The administration team was knowledgeable and amazing as well. Following my procedure I was taken into a smaller room with an administrator to finish setting up my account and to process my insurance/billing. Her office was also equipped with high quality filtration and she wore an N95 (without prompting or discussion from me). The whole experience was very non judgemental, the staff were all incredibly friendly and supportive. It can be really scary going to the dentist, dealing with emergencies, or having additional health concerns that put you at higher risk of infection. I highly recommend Westmount Dental Care to anyone that might need a little extra support or extra precautions taken. The team is truly there to help and is ready to accomodate your needs and requests meaningfully. Will absolutely be back!”Lire la suiteRéduire
