“This doctor is great, but their outdated systems are terrible. They do not have any form of electronic bookings, or even email/ text reminders or paperless receipt options. Most people operate ona didgital system these days, and a tiny cardboard appointment reminder for busy people does not cut it. Businesses that use the old paper & pen are generally obsolete! I lost my snap on sunglasses barely a week after purchasing them and they had a replacement ready for me to pick up the following week.
