“My physiotherapist, Mrs. Kazal Gakhar, is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. She is treating my arthritis and I am seeing improvements with the program she designed for me. The rest of the staff is great as well. Highly recommend!”

“I been a client for 5 weeks at this place on Woodlawn Rd. The staff very professional. They explain everything give hand out pages of all exercises. The range of motion i have achieved it 10 sessions is remarkable. I will tell everyone to get your physio done here. Clean bright exercise area. Hot packs at end of exercise are awesome. “It's hard to find a physiotherapist with experience in treating someone with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS) and I'm so grateful to Purnima and Rutu for their thoughtful, helpful, and well-paced treatment! Purnima's assessment of my neck was consistent with my MRI results, and her treatment improved my quality of life. She never overpromised, she was extremely attuned to where I was at, and she gave me tools I will be able to use the rest of my life. The clinic itself is wheelchair accessible and kept clean. I didn't have to walk very far to access treatment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with multiple reschedules. One time I saw her help another client who did not understand how her phone calendar worked, and I was impressed by her dedicated caring patience. Oh did I mention they bill insurance directly? “I selected Westwood Physiotherapy to try to help my wife's pain in her arms and shoulders. She has dementia and so it is hard for us to do exercises at home. We had Purnima assess her and she was thorough, professional and just really friendly and kind. She came up with a game plan, and between herself and Rutu, have done an excellent job in improving my wife's flexibility and reducing the pain. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and inviting.
