Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your appointment we do require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the treatment cost.

Direct Billing: Please note that our clinic does not direct bill to extended health providers and you will be provided with a receipt to submit to your extended health. If you are unsure of your coverage, please contact your extended health provider prior to your appointment.
