“I’ve been experiencing really bad sciatic pain for over a month now. Working with my chiropractor on a care plan, but no significant progress as of yet, until recently when I had a massage with Valerie. I explained my pain, and she asked all the right questions. The massage was perfect. Just the right pressure. She advised of the after care. The pain is still there at times, but has significantly made a huge difference in my day to day. I can move so much more freely, and feel so much better. I will definitely be back to see Valerie soon!
