“I’ve had a couple of lymphatic massage sessions with Rita, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. At my last appointment, my back and hips were so out of alignment that I could barely walk. Although I had booked a lymphatic massage, Rita drew on her osteopathic training and incorporated gentle adjustments and stretching to address the source of my pain. The relief was almost immediate. I was especially grateful because I was leaving for my niece’s wedding that weekend and was worried I wouldn’t even be able to dance. Thanks to Rita’s skill and expertise, I not only walked out feeling so much better, but I was able to enjoy the entire weekend—and dance the night away!
