The initial session can be in person OR virtual and is designed to help our team understand your story and health history thoroughly so we can begin. Any time left from a virtual session will be added to the first in-person session. Psychotherapy: Please book an Initial Assessment or a discovery call to begin your care with us. I worked with Bhawan throughout both my pregnancy and postpartum. She is very knowledgeable and helped me prepare to give birth and helped tremendously with my healing afterwards. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor pt!

Bhawan truly transformed my birth experience. I went in feeling scared and completely unsure of what to expect—childbirth felt so overwhelming. But she guided me through every step with patience, compassion, and knowledge. Her approach was holistic and grounded in research, and she always took the time to explain why each exercise or recommendation mattered. Another fabulous bonus is that she walked my partner through what he needed to do. He was prepared on the day of and knew exactly how to support me. It made all the difference for us. I should mention that with her help I was able to run a 10k six months pregnant and get back to running postpartum. Bhawan is not only deeply passionate about her work but also incredibly skilled at it.
