Very courteous staff. I had 2 massages there with 2 different RMTs and they were both good. The little man-child in me also says that he loves the candy chews at the reception :-)

I highly recommend Wildewood Health Centre. The male RMT I have been working with is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping his clients improve. I especially appreciate how respectful and mindful he is when working with female clients, creating an environment where you feel comfortable and at ease. He takes the time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. He also provides exercises to do at home, which has been incredibly helpful in supporting my progress and continued improvement between appointments. He is a pleasure to work with, and I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and genuine interest he brings to every treatment. Whether you require maintenance therapy, acute injury relief, or management of pain secondary to chronic conditions, you will leave your RMT session with Carleen feeling infinitely better than when you walked through the door. Following three+ years of regular treatments, I could not imagine life without a pending appointment with Carleen. 12/10 knowledge and professionalism. Dr Veronique was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I hurt my back and was skeptical about Chiropractors from past experience but she proved to me not all Chiro’s are created equal. # 1 she LISTENS!! She gave me instructions on what I could do between appointments to help improve my back and it sure worked! In the past when I saw I chiropractor they would not really help but were always quick to sign me up for a lifelong plan with little to no benefit. I was very impressed by her hands on no BS approach and how she took extra time to ensure I understood the exercises before I left. Long story short it you are looking for an alternative to sitting in a doctors waiting room for hours or going to a over priced chiropractor that gives minimal to no relief I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR VERONIQUE BOUZANE you will thank me later!Lire la suiteRéduire

I saw Jenna for a chiropractic adjustment and she was incredible. The intake was thorough, she explained everything clearly and gave me some take home exercises. I was feeling much better after my treatment and would absolutely recommend her.

My teenage son has been attending weekly Sport Performance group classes at Wildewood for almost five months now and is continuing to do so. He plays competitive soccer and we were looking for a way to improve his overall strength and conditioning, as well as injury prevention. We are finding tremendous value in these classes and seeing real, tangible results and improvements in his fitness goals. We have worked closely with Lucas, who is amazing and most recently with Krista who is equally talented. They provide very thorough initial assessments of his fitness using state-of-the-art technology, in terms of strength, speed, agility, etc and then tailor a custom training program for him, which he performs weekly, with their guidance. He is re-assessed after a few months to see his progress and exercises are also adapted to changing needs, injuries, etc. Not only that, but the staff seem to really teach him the proper technique and form for his exercises, which I have personally seen a great improvement in from when we first started, and are consistently getting better. Skills like these are things that will last a lifetime. There are a wide range of options for times we can attend and we find the cost to be quite reasonable! Also, everyone we have met at Wildewood is really so kind and knowledgeable and seems to truly care about what they do and the people they work with.
