“This rehabilitation place is exactly what is says. From the doctors, physiotherapy, massage therapy and front deck. They are professional and give best, worst-case planning. After being switched here from another let's say shady physio therapy place, it was like night and day. I loved all the staff and kept a smile on my face even through the worse pain . “I suffered a torn meniscus in my left knee while at work and was sent by WSIB to this clinic for 12 weeks of Physio. I have to say from start to finish this was an exceptional facility that provided top-notch care. As an employer, I often deal with injured workers who are going through some type of Physio and this was my first experience seeing it from the eyes of an injured worker. Right from the very beginning intake process all the people I encountered were professional and caring. I cannot say enough nice about all the people that work there and the level of service provided. Special shout out to Prarthana and Laura who took exceptional care of me along with the two co-op students Ryan and the other young girl whose name escapes me. The ladies at reception were wonderful too. A special thank you to Dr. Willits and Dr. Cupido who provided exceptional care and support. Dr. Willits performed my surgery at the adjacent Woodstock Hospital. Despite the circumstances, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.”Lire la suiteRéduire
