We offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, and all TELUS Health insurers, including Canada Life, Manulife, Desjardins, and many others. We also accept ICBC patients.
TELUS eClaims does not support direct billing for secondary insurance. If your secondary insurer uses TELUS eClaims, we’ll provide a receipt for manual submission.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. We offer three grace cancellations per calendar year for emergencies.
For Tuina appointments, please wear thin, comfortable clothing (T-shirt, shorts, leggings, etc.). Treatment is performed through lightweight clothing without oils.
