“My experience at Sarah Harwood‘s RMT was in a word amazing. I had tweaked my lower back earlier in the morning, and then spent the rest of the morning furiously googling RMT‘s. I had very little success in getting a last-minute appointment, that is until I stumbled upon Sarah’s site. I called her and was attended to immediately. She then told me that she had an opening early that very afternoon. Not only did Sarah do a great job of assessing my situation, but offered insight into the different muscle groups that were involved and the methodology of getting them to loosen up and move more easily. I was made to feel comfortable before and after our session. Though, admittedly, I was extremely tense as I arrived. I am sitting at home on my last couple of days off writing this and thankful that I am feeling much better than when arrived at her door.
