“Highly recommend for anyone who may be on the fence about trying acupuncture. Tara will take her time and work with you to get a proper diagnosis and target specific areas for your treatment. Super gentle compared to other people. She also offers cupping, guasha, and even acupressure/reflexology for those who aren't quite comfortable with needles yet!
