“I have been a patron for several years and have enjoyed the benefits of Tim and my masseuse. The last year has me incredibly frustrated being able to book appointments....this month I have had two cancellations. Earlier this year I had to wait over 3 months for a massage due to another cancellation. I do not feel they have much consideration for their patients.
