Abbey Morin, RP (Qualifying), MACP Candidate
Windsor, ON & Virtual Across Ontario
Abbey is a thoughtful and deeply attuned mental health professional who supports individuals in healing from complex relational wounds and reclaiming a strong, authentic sense of self. She specializes in relational trauma repair, narcissistic abuse recovery, religious trauma and purity culture recovery, cultural identity conflict, and challenges related to people-pleasing and boundary setting. Abbey creates a grounded, compassionate space where clients can safely explore their experiences, process pain, and begin to rebuild trust in themselves and others.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and insight-oriented, drawing from person-centered, narrative, existential, and psychodynamic frameworks, alongside nervous system regulation and body-based trauma work. Abbey understands that trauma is held not only in the mind but also in the body, and she supports clients in developing awareness, regulation, and a renewed sense of safety within themselves. She works collaboratively to help clients make meaning of their stories, challenge internalized beliefs, and move toward greater autonomy and empowerment.
Abbey’s work is rooted in curiosity, cultural humility, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She is passionate about helping individuals untangle harmful patterns, strengthen boundaries, and cultivate a life that feels aligned, embodied, and self-directed. Abbey is currently welcoming new clients for in-person sessions in Windsor and virtual sessions across Ontario and Canada.
