Abra completed a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia along with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Having been raised in small communities in BC’s interior, Abra has a love for the outdoors and a lifetime commitment to active healthy living.
Her treatment approach has a focus on client-centered care, utilizing hands-on treatment with adjunct exercise prescription and education to alleviate current symptoms and prevent future injury. As she strives to provide the best care, Abra has completed additional training in myofascial release, manual therapy, functional dry needling/intramuscular stimulation, shock wave and clinical Pilates.
When she is not in the clinic, Abra enjoys spending her time swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding and travelling.
