Originally from the countryside of Nova Scotia, Adrian enjoys staying active through rock climbing, soccer, watching Blue Jays games, and playing 18 holes of golf.

« Comprehensive Golf Movement Assessment (Completed Over 2 Sessions)
This is a specialized 2-part physiotherapy assessment designed to identify how your body impacts your golf swing and overall performance.
Total investment for both sessions: $280
Session 1 (60 Mins) is booked online and Session 2 (45 Mins) will be scheduled after your first visit.
During your TPI Golf Assessment, we will:
Session 1:
• Full-body movement screen (mobility, stability, strength)
• Identify physical limitations affecting your swing
• Assess key areas: hips, spine, shoulders, and core
Initial treatment + corrective strategies
Session 2:
• Review findings and progress
• Build your personalized golf performance plan
• Hands-on treatment + exercise progression
• Clear roadmap to improve performance and prevent injury
You will leave with a clear understanding of your movement limitations along with a personalized plan designed to help you move, feel, and play better.
