Dans ses motsPlease note Adrienne does not take MSP, ICBC or WorkSafe
Adrienne joins the INSYNC team from the Fortius Sports Medicine Clinic, where she worked with weekend warriors and professional athletes. Originally hailing from Toronto - Montreal, she now calls Vancouver home. Adrienne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise through her extensive training and experience.
Living an active lifestyle both in the wild and the city, her first hand knowledge of activity demands and training allows her to help you return to the activities you love.
She combines hands on manual therapy with specific exercise prescription in her sessions. With a focus on prevention and education, she enjoys working alongside the client as a team to achieve their goals. Adrienne uses a functional and individual approach, focusing on movement control and awareness. She likes to combine a practical and realistic approach, which includes movement patterning, strength and conditioning, flexibility - mobility, and fun.
Outside the clinic, you will find her hiking, mountaineering, or backpacking in the mountains, kayak and bike touring the coast, rock climbing, and cycling.
