Adrienne Marsh
À propos de Adrienne
Dans ses motsAdrienne has 18 years of experience working in health care supporting others through times of illness, injury, grief, and transition. With that foundation in nursing, she is now earning her masters in counselling psychology and in practicum at Impart Therapy.
She works with adults using an approach grounded in learning to pay attention to the present moment and to be kind to oneself. She connects with clients creatively and flexibly, always looking to leverage her client’s strengths. Not taking the same approach to each client, she tailors the process to her client’s needs and goals. She wants you to know that you have been seen and heard.
A lifelong learner, Adrienne loves to share what she is delving into with her clients when relevant. Her lived experience as a late-diagnosed ADHD woman was typical. Like many other women, her diagnosis followed previous ones of anxiety and depression. Because of that, she is enthusiastic about providing safe non-judgmental spaces for neurodivergent folks.
Adrienne meets clients where they are on their journey. Whether the issue is new or ongoing, she recognizes that reaching out can feel like a big step. She hopes to make that process a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable one step at a time.
