Dans ses motsAdrienne holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Her clinical background includes working with the Varsity Mustangs track team, focusing on injury rehabilitation. She is also certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Adrienne’s treatment philosophy integrates individualized exercise therapy with manual therapy techniques and soft tissue release. She places a strong emphasis on creating personalized care plans that support long-term functional improvement.
Having experienced the benefits of Pilates first-hand, Adrienne values the integration of Pilates principles into physiotherapy. She offers both private and semi-private Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions, emphasizing precise movement, breath control, and core engagement to support recovery and enhance performance.
Outside of the clinic, Adrienne enjoys playing hockey, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Mat Pilates Class
« Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise method designed to improve strength, flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness. It places particular emphasis on core strength and control, engaging key muscle groups such as the abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, and hips, all in coordination with breath.
