Whether you're recovering from surgery, returning to sport, or simply looking to move more comfortably, she is committed to helping you reach your goals.
As an athlete herself, Afton has a special interest in sports-related injuries and performance-based rehabilitation, but she enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels. She believes every person and every injury is unique, so she takes the time to listen, understand your concerns, and create a treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Her approach combines skilled hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise, movement retraining, and education to help reduce pain, restore function, and give you the confidence to get back to the activities that matter most.
