About Aisha
Losing a child is an unimaginable heartbreak—one that can leave parents and caregivers feeling lost, isolated, and overwhelmed. As a dedicated Counselling Therapist, I provide a compassionate, supportive space where grieving parents and/or caregivers can navigate their emotions, find strength, and begin their journey toward healing.
With extensive experience in trauma-informed care, grief counselling, and family support, my approach is deeply client-centered, recognizing that grief is personal and that healing looks different for everyone. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, or the impact of loss on your identity, I am here to provide unwavering support.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families facing complex challenges, including grief, trauma and life transitions. My experience includes providing counselling in women's addiction recovery, supporting parents involved in the foster care system, and working with diverse families in educational settings. I have led support groups, facilitated parenting workshops, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive the comprehensive care they deserve.
In our sessions, you will find a safe, non-judgemental space where you can process your loss at your own pace. Whether through individual therapy, couples counselling or group support, I am committed to helping you honor your grief while rediscovering hope and meaning. You do not have to walk this journey alone. I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward healing.
