Alanna empowers clients towards health by exploring the root cause of injury or dysfunction and assisting the body to heal itself.
Her client-focused practice is integrative and educational, using movement on and off the table to promote healing. She incorporates evidence-based research in her practice which drives her therapeutic approach.
She trained at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, Calgary 2018. Since then, her practice has included clinical, spa & wellness, retreats, Thai massage & volunteer.
Alanna is passionate about the great outdoors, encompassing functional movement, and finding balance in all facets of life.
