Dans ses motsAlanna has been a Registered Kinesiologist and working in the health and fitness industry since 2015 and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019. She works with all populations and demographics but has a focus in injury rehabilitation, pre-natal and postpartum, and daily postural strengthening. Her treatment philosophy integrates hands on massage therapy with active therapeutic exercise to not only promote recovery but provide pain-free longevity.
