Alex is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Langara College and also holds a Diploma in Kinesiology. With a background in playing high-level soccer, he understands firsthand the impact of injuries, recovery, and the value of effective therapeutic care. Whether you’re seeking deep tissue work for pain and mobility, or a calm, restorative session, Alex tailors each treatment to meet you where you’re at — supported by his experience in both clinical and spa settings. He blends rhythmic relaxation with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and passive or active stretching to create treatments that are both functional and grounding. Alex believes the treatment room should be a space of respect, open communication, and collaboration — where your goals become the focus of his approach. Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys drawing, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. When he’s not there, you’ll likely find him backpacking in the mountains, playing soccer, in the gym or walking on Main Street.
