Dans ses motsAlex’s passion is helping people maximize their health potential. As a varsity basketball player for the York University Lions, Alex suffered from many injuries which led to his first introduction to the world of physiotherapy. The exceptional care he received and the knowledge he gained from the professionals he saw inspired him to pursue a career of helping people.
Alex strongly believes that patient education is the key to self-management and injury prevention. His experience teaching at the University of Toronto medical school has contributed to his strong love of teaching.
In his personal life, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Tara and their twins Abigail and Elijah. He continues to play basketball recreationally and loves reading/listening to books, both fiction and scientific literature.
