Alex is a Toronto-based Registered Massage Therapist. He graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. In his training, Alex gained valuable experience in treating conditions such as temporomandibular joint dysfunction and carpal tunnel syndrome. He also became skilled in massage techniques including trigger point therapy, fascial release, and more. Alex always strives to help others; he was previously a child and youth care worker and carries the same passion into his new career. Using massage therapy, Alex seeks to help his patients to reach their goals and improve their quality of life. Outside of being a therapist, Alex is no stranger to a variety of artistic expressions, with origami and armor making being some of Alex’s talents. Always aiming for personal growth and self-awareness, Alex is open to learning from working with others and is always seeking constructive feedback. Alex’s philosophy as a therapist is that the patients' needs are his priority.
