Alexandra Marinova, RCC
À propos de Alexandra
Dans ses mots“Life is suffering”, the Buddha famously said. But it doesn’t have to be this way, at least not all of the time. While I may never know the full extent of your situation, I can be sure of two things – you have suffered and a part of you believes it is possible for things to be better. I am here to guide you on your journey to better, however that looks like for you.
I believe you know yourself best and when things are going well, you make the right decisions for yourself and are on your own team. However, when there is stress or unresolved problems, your inner compass can be difficult to read and being so close to your own experience can be disorienting. With my professional help, we will work together to untangle and make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns to clear the path to living the life you want.
I’m trained to work with adults, couples and mature minors in all stages of the healing process. I offer depth psychotherapy based on Existential Analysis for getting to the root cause of underlying and long term issues, short-term CBT coaching for quick results, Gottman method for improving your relationships and breaking old patterns that keep you stuck.
The road ahead may not always be easy but it is always worth it! You being here shows you are ready to begin.
