Dans ses motsAlexandra is a certified physiotherapist and a member of l’Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ). She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from McGill University and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University, where she excelled as a starter on the varsity women’s hockey team for five years.
Alexandra is an expert in treating urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunctions related to the pelvic floor, and she addresses both pre & postnatal issues in her practice. With her athletic background, Alexandra has a keen interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation for athletes and aspires to work with elite athletes in this field. Her strength lies in customizing treatment plans that align with her patients’ fitness goals, from general fitness to high-level sports.
Outside the clinic, Alexandra enjoys playing recreational hockey with friends, curling up with a good book, or tuning into her favorite podcasts.

« During the initial consultation in pelvic floor physiotherapy, the physiotherapist will collect all the necessary information on your general health as well as your condition and then perform a detailed physical evaluation which may include an internal pelvic floor muscle exam if indicated and with your consent. The physiotherapist will then begin the treatment plan including specific advice and a home exercise program. »
