Counselling with Alexi
Hi, I'm Alexi. Therapy should also be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m a queer person, husband, dad, and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). These parts of my life shape how I understand identity, relationships, and the ways we learn to connect with ourselves and each other.
I primarily work with LGBTQIA2S+ adults, neurodivergent and ADHD individuals, couples, and men who are looking for a space where they don't have to mask, perform, or have everything figured out. I believe therapy works best when it feels like two people having an honest conversation. No conversation is off limits, and your quirks, tangents, and conversational side quests are always welcome.
Whether you're questioning your identity, feeling disconnected in your relationships, navigating ADHD, or simply carrying more than anyone realizes, we'll work together to better understand what's getting in the way and create meaningful, lasting change. Life is ambiguous, messy, and ever-changing. I am here to help you find some of the clarity and understanding that you are looking for. I work with individuals (18+), couples, and families
