À propos de Alexis
Dans ses motsOriginally from Prescott, Ontario, Alexis relocated to the East Coast in 2019 with a strong commitment to health, performance, and whole-body wellness. A dedicated CrossFit athlete, she understands the demands placed on active bodies and is passionate about helping clients recover, prevent injury, and perform at their best.
Alexis graduated with distinction from Eastern College and has gained valuable experience treating athletes at events such as the Nova Scotia Provincial Strongman Competition and the Bluenose Marathon. She has also worked with high-level athletes, serving as the massage therapist for the women’s semi-pro basketball team The Lake City 56ers and working with the HFX Wanderers FC.
In addition to sports performance, Alexis has a special interest in women’s health, including pre- and postnatal care. She takes a holistic, root-cause approach to treatment and is dedicated to helping each client feel strong, supported, and confident in their body.
