During your visit, we will review:

Lifestyle factors including stress, sleep, nutrition, and hormonal influences
Eastern-inspired insights that look at internal balance, inflammation, and overall skin health
This holistic approach allows us to create a personalized treatment and home-care plan aligned with both immediate results and long-term skin health. Recommendations may include in-clinic treatments, advanced modalities, and tailored product guidance.
Please arrive with a list of all skincare products, supplements, and medications you are currently using (bringing photos or the physical products is welcome).
