I enjoy helping people improve how they feel and function, whether that means reducing pain, improving movement and range of motion, or simply relaxing and managing stress. I work with clients from all backgrounds and tailor each treatment to their individual needs and goals. Before entering the healthcare field, I completed a degree in Civil Engineering in 2012. That experience helped me develop a strong analytical and problem-solving approach, which now supports my use of evidence-informed care in clinical practice. My treatments may include therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and joint mobilization. I o􏰀er light, medium, and firm pressure based on your comfort level and treatment goals. Whether you're dealing with muscle tension, headaches, postural discomfort, stress, or recovering from an injury, I look forward to helping you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you enjoy. I speak both English and Farsi. Fun fact: In my free time, you'll usually find me watching Netflix or playing 8-ball pool and firmly believing that nobody can beat me. I am available at Broadway Wellness on Monday 2:15-8:15 weekly.
